AbNormal Designs is a small, family owned screen printing and embroidery company located in Pasadena, Texas, just outside Houston. Our area of expertise is orders under 500 shirts. For orders over 500 shirts, there are larger companies with automatic presses which are better geared up for orders this size. Being small is what we are all about. Our size gives up flexibility and enables us to give personalized service and turn-around times which the larger companies can only dream about. At AbNormal Designs, you are important to us. You're more than just a paycheck. We work with you from design concept to delivery, insuring that you get the garment you want . . . . . . on time.
The table below will give you a guideline as to our pricing structure on silkscreening. Although there are variables, there is no attempt made here to confuse or mislead our customers. Certain facts of screen printing may affect your pricing, such as printing a light color on a dark shirt, such as a black shirt, which requires a white base coat prior to applying the actual color. This would make what appears on the surface as a one color job into what is actually a two color job. If you aren't sure as to this aspect of printing and pricing, contact us and we'll gladly advise you to whether you'll need a base coat or not.

The above pricing is for screen printing in one location, such as either the front or back. If printing in two locations, count the total number of colors and add $.50 per shirt. The above prices include all setup fees, screen charges and one hour of computer graphics time. White shirts are $.50 less per shirt. Ash Grey or Sport Grey shirts are $.25 less than colored shirts.
Pricing on embroidery is a bit more complicated and as such will be bid on an individual basis. Our standard digitizing fee is $25.00, and then $.85 per thousand stitches sewn. There is no digitizing fee for text only jobs. They incur only the $.85 per thousand stitches fee.
ARTWORK
We do in-house custom artwork, with the first hour included free in all jobs. We also have an extensive library of ready art which you may search and browse by clicking the link below. If you find artwork here which you'd like to use, either as is or modified, just give us the artwork number and we'll go from there.
